We have won the Grand Champion award 4 times in national and international BBQ competitions held under the auspices of KCBS with our own developed spices.

Fundamental BBQ spice as the less is sometimes more. This rub is a mix of Spanish sea salt and Vietnamese pepper. Perfection in simplicity.

The iconic Salt&Pepper duo needs no real introduction as they are the alpha and omega of seasoning. In many cases there is no need for anything else as the salt and pepper emphasizes the taste of the meat. This was the reason to create this rub that consist of nothing else but the two fundamental spices: Spanish sea salt and Vietnamese pepper.

This rub makes the chicken’s taste intense and I’m sure you’ll always use it once you’ve tasted it.

The SALT&PEPPER RUB is one of my self-developed spice mixes that I used on KCBS organized BBQ competetions in Hungary and abroad. I’d like to think that this rub was essential for winning 4 times the Grand Champion Award.
