Our universal training is recommended for both beginners and advanced learners. In this course, we cook the four main categories of a BBQ competition, while simultaneously preparing the same dishes from local meats. This provides insight into the world of competitive BBQ, and by introducing the spices, sauces, tools, and techniques used there, we elevate the home BBQ experience to a higher level.
