Our introductory class for those who have already cooked a few or are just learning about bbq and grilling. We'll demonstrate several different ovens and techniques in this informal, fun workshop, including tasting 3-4 types of food and side dishes.

Pulled pork, St. Louis cut ribs, rolled out chicken and lollipops, argentine on a rotisserie skewer, and two types of salads.

In this course, we'll also give you an insight into the world of competitive bbq and take your home BBQ experience to a higher level by learning about the spices, sauces, tools and techniques used in the process.
