Construction:
Made from high-quality porcelain-coated steel, with stainless steel cooking grates, aluminum components, and heat-resistant silicone parts.

Grill Capacity:
Easily caters for up to 16 people. Fits up to 8 whole chickens or 80 sausages.

Cold Smoking Capacity:
Can hold up to 6 sides of salmon or 15 kg of cheese for cold smoking.


Fully Assembled Configuration:
With both stacker sections in place, you can cook on two levels. The water pan (which can be filled with water or sand) serves as a heat deflector between the fire and the food, allowing you to regulate cooking temperature. This setup is ideal for both hot and fast grilling or low and slow cooking.

Perfect for larger cuts of meat that require slow cooking, such as brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and hot-smoked salmon.

The large chamber also works perfectly for cold smoking when paired with the ProQ Cold Smoke Generator (sold separately).


Single-Level Configuration:
This configuration is a practical solution for smaller cooks. You can still smoke or slow-cook food, just like with the full setup, but it’s especially handy for smaller portions.

Insert an empty water pan and the smoker acts like a traditional oven, giving your food a subtle BBQ flavor. Remove the water pan to grill directly over charcoal. The added distance between the fire and food gives you better control and helps achieve crisp results without burning.


Kettle BBQ Mode:
Remove the stackers and grates to convert the smoker into a compact kettle BBQ—perfect for beach outings, park days, or camping.

Use it as a standard grill for burgers, sausages, and kebabs, or push the coals to one side and turn it into a mini smoker. Enjoy delicious smoky flavor in a convenient, portable format.

What is a bullet smoker?

The ProQ® Elite Version 4.0 series, introduced in 2018 and perfected in 2019, represents the latest product line from ProQ®.
All three bullet smokers (Ranger, Frontier, Excel 20) have undergone significant and unified improvements.

Bullet smokers are versatile charcoal cookers, specially designed for barbecue smoking.
These modern devices offer excellent heat retention, making them ideal for long, stable cooking sessions without requiring constant attention.

The base of the smoker contains a charcoal grate, while the sides have adjustable air vents to regulate oxygen flow to the fire.
To use it for barbecue, simply place lit charcoal in the bottom, set a water pan filled with hot water above it, then stack the cooking chamber and the lid on top.

If you want to grill instead, the bullet smoker can do that too. In this case, you won’t need the water pan, stacker section, or lid—just the charcoal grate—effectively transforming the unit into a kettle grill.
