Thick, solid pizza stone, excellent for use in various models of Kamado Bono grills and other types of ovens. Minimo-01 (23 cm/ recommended for pizza baking because it can be raised higher in the dome). The thickness of the stone: 15 mm. Material: cordierite stone. Resistant to temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius.
