This premium enamelled cast iron casserole features a matte interior and a glossy light blue exterior, complete with wide handles for safe and comfortable handling—even when using oven mitts.
With its low thermal conductivity, the pot heats slowly—similar to a kamado grill—but retains heat for up to 4 hours, making it ideal for slow-cooked dishes and keeping food warm for serving.
