ECHIPA DE CONCURS
Numele meu este Iván Nagy și sunt liderul echipei de competiție SunCity BBQ. Mă ocup de BBQ ca tehnică de preparare a alimentelor din 2014, iar din 2017 particip activ la competiții. Sunt pitmaster certificat și arbitru pentru cea mai mare organizație de BBQ din lume, Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) din Statele Unite. M-am remarcat de multe ori în competiții naționale și internaționale organizate sub egida acestei organizații, câștigând titlul de cea mai bună echipă maghiară de competiție în 2018 și 2019! În 2019, concurăm alături de Péter Tamási și soția mea, Margit Kurunczi. În acest sezon, am început să folosim propriile noastre amestecuri de condimente (rub) în competiții și am obținut locul 4 în clasamentul european KCBS Team of the Year. Obiectivul nostru este să facem cunoscută cât mai mult posibil în Ungaria tehnica de preparare a alimentelor prin BBQ de înaltă calitate și să reprezentăm țara noastră la cel mai înalt nivel în competițiile internaționale. Folosind amestecurile noastre de condimente de înaltă calitate, ridicăm experiența gustativă a clienților noștri la un nivel superior, nu numai la grătar și barbecue, ci și la gătit în bucătărie. Să condimentăm fiecare moment!
